As a leader, you are expected to communicate effectively with both SEEDS inner circle and the outer circle (refer to manual).

Answering users questions related to your area of expertise is mandatory:

kindly let the user know if you require more time to complete further research on the enquiry topics,
OR if you are unable to answer, kindly refer them to another leader
OR clearly and politely state that you do not know the answer.
